What happens in Colombia? A look at the current crisis in Colombia from the experience of a racialized, youth and activist woman's body from the Caribbean coast of Colombia.

Airlin Pérez Carrascal:
What does it mean to be a black young woman, activist and being surrounded by violence, armed conflict and be part of a system of inequality who asks  and prepares other black young people and poor people , who are part of the police institution, to shoot against other black or poor young who are protesting for their rights?

Throughout an auto-biography and narrative process, with a political, social and ethnic-racial focus, I will try to talk about the situation Colombian youth people is facing up now, and how from my experience, this violence of state impacts on black bodies , activists, and people who are trying to struggle for justice in a country who normalized the bullets, the violence, the not natural death, and the destruction of life freedom.
